Our Grignolino is obtained by a traditional fermentation with daily pumping and using only indigenous yeasts. We take a particular care of the optimal ripening of the grapes in order to obtain a wine with tannins, typical of Grignolino, combined with a body and a elegance that makes it particularly pleasant.
