Barbera Monferrato Sulin is vinted in stainless steel at controlled temperature and aged in bottle for a minimum of 10 months.
Monferrato Doc Rosso is a blend of Merlot grapes (approx 70%) and Barbera grapes.
Our Grignolino is obtained by a traditional fermentation with daily pumping and using only indigenous yeasts.
Chardonnay Doc is obtained through a special process. After a soft pressing, the grape juice is transferred to a 2500 L wooden barrel made of local Monferrato wood, where it is slowly fermented at controlled temperature.
Casorzo Doc, comes from the autochthonous vine of “Malvasia di Casorzo”. It is a lightly sparkling, sweet dessert wine.
