Casorzo Doc, comes from the autochthonous vine of “Malvasia di Casorzo”. It is a lightly sparkling, sweet dessert wine. Fermented and vinted in refrigerated stainless steel tanks, the fermenting jiuce is kept with the skin only for one or two days. Racked off, it is lightly carbonated at a temperature of 0°C (32 F) and bottled in December. Best served chilled at 8-10°C (46-50 F), it is delicious with cakes and biscuits. Its characteristic bouquet is reminiscent of roses.
