Vineyard Ornella

Vineyard Ornella is located on the Madonna dei Monti hill, in the territory of Grazzano Badoglio approx. 350 m above sea level. The vineyard is at the very top of the hill, from which it is possible to appreciate a fantastic view of the Monferrato. The vineyard was replanted in the year 2000 by selecting the best existing plants dating to the early 40’s. This natural clone selection maintained the gentic diversity obtained by early generations of our Family during many years of hard work. This allowed us to produce a Barbera with unique characteristics that can be achieved only from the Ornella vineyard.
